Timeframe for Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return request.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5~10 days. The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
